“GXP” Centre of Excellence was founded in May 2009 in Armenia by the Medicine Producers and Importers Union of Armenia with the assistance of the Competitive Armenian Private Sector program funded by the United States Agency for International Development.

The mission of the Centre is to develop professional knowledge and ensure reliable information in the RA pharmaceutical and biotechnological sectors, by becoming sustainable and modern training educational center. The sphere of services provided by the “GXP” Centre of Excellence includes training courses carried out by the best foreign specialists, evaluations and accordance of internationally recognized certificates, provision of library and up-to-date information, publications, translation and consulting services, thus assisting to the contribution of the “Ensuring appropriate quality” systems.

All this is proportionate to the principles and politics of the Republic that are aimed at increasing competitiveness of domestic pharmaceutical companies and drugs safety through harmonization and integration of European legal norms and standards.

Training on Good Laboratory Practices

The "GXP" Centre of Excellence is organizing the training on "EU Guidelines on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)".

The mentioned training on "EU Guidelines on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)" will hold from 1st of May up to 7th of May 2012. The duration of the training is from 09:00 up to 17:00. The address is as follows: 24 Moskovyan str., Suite #1, Yerevan, Armenia (Phone no. +37410582620).

The training will be conducted by the expert from the GXP Centre of Excellence.

The value of the package is 65.000 AMD which includes the following services:

• "GLP" educational materials, pen and notebook,

• Transportation,

• A visit to laboratory,

• Lunch, coffee, tea,

• A certification of participation in the training "GLP".

The companies which propose 3 and more participants or will be registered till 20th of April will have a 15% discount. The members of MPI Union will be suggested preferential conditions.
